Special Note about Short Term Pricing Rental and Hotel Pricing in Palm Springs  

As a major tourist town pricing is highly variable to what is going on.  For instance Coachella, Stagecoach, and Pride weekends are twice the cost of normal in season rates. So if you are booking on one of the highlighted dates just be aware the area's pricing will be impacted.  If you have flexibility you may want to book the weekend before or after.
